What do I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?
1. If you cannot locate the activation email from us, please check your spam/bulk folder and mark our emails as “no spam”.

How can customers find my profile on A-1 Sites?
Customers can find your business profile through the keyword search engine, in the A-1 Sites Categories, or by entering your business name into the search box. Customers may also share your A-1 Sites profile on Facebook, Twitter and Google. Finally, customers can find your profile by doing targeted searches in major search engines like Google and Yahoo. I do not see my Business Profile on A-1 Sites directory. This is most likely because your profile has not been reviewed by our staff. Please allow up to 36 Hours for approval.
How do I register my business/organization?

How do I delete a business listing I created?
If you would like to be remove from the directory, please submit your request to Customer Service at Info@A-1Sites.com for the removal and the email address used to add the listing.
If I would like a website created, how long will it take for my website, mobile website, landing page or logo project to be completed?
A subsidiary of A-1 Sites is Alexa Website Designs. It is comprised of a professional team of web design experts who build sites, landing pages, designs logos and etc. The timescale of a website, mobile website, landing page, or logo project is often dictated by you; the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will make every effort to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation and completion of a new project is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client. For most website projects, we try to work within the 4 – 6 week time-frame. It depends on the size of your site.
Will we need to have a face-to-face meeting to begin the project?
In the majority of cases a meeting isn’t necessary and most of our websites are generally completed with contact via email, Skype and telephone. As many of our clients are from around the country and nationwide we do online, email and phone contact with our clients. We have regular communication with all our clients to keep you abreast of the development to ensure you are getting exactly what you expect from A-1 Sites.
How should I supply the content for my website?
It is helpful to us if you are able to provide text and photographs in electronic form – for example, the files output by a digital camera and the copy in MS word or similar format. We will also provide you instructions on how to upload the material via FTP or email.
Will my website design be Search Engine friendly?
All our websites are created with search engines in mind and the website design is compliant with search engine guidelines. It is a good idea for your website to be re-evaluated in time as over a period of time the search engines do alter their rules and algorithms and you will want to be certain that your website is kept up to date and complies with new rules etc.
Are there hidden costs associated with web design services?
No. We discuss with you your website requirements and then price accordingly; and once you have placed an order for your website design with us, we work hard so that the outlined price quote is strictly adhered to. At times you the customer may want changes. If the need to alter the price quote arises, we will communicate this to you before any extra work is started. If major changes and/or additions are requested by the client additional costs will be agreed to.
How do I update my website?
There are many different methods which can be used to update websites. The method you choose and the functionality we build into your website design is solely up to yourself and your budget restrictions. Of course, A-1 Sites is always available to help you with any future additions and changes you would like. We will be glad to advise you which method will suit your needs. If you have a small website consisting of just a few pages and will only wish to make changes very infrequently, then usually it is more cost effective simply to ask us to carry out these changes for you; which we will do at a minimal fee. Other methods which are frequently chosen are largely dependent upon how much data or information and pictures you have and how you store this information at present.
Can you provide where to get domain names, hosting services and social networks?
Yes – we can help you register your domain name, where to go to get web hosting and how to get social networks. We also can also host your site on A-1 sites that we design at a very minimal fee.
Will my website be responsive and mobile-ready?
All websites are built to suit, but in general terms, almost all of our websites that we design are fully-responsive.
I already have a website and I need it updated, can you help me?
Yes, if your site is a WordPress site, we would be happy to look at it and give you a quote for updating it.
Do you re-design existing WordPress websites?
Yes we do. We can redesign a site for you as well. Our fee is very affordable.
